The construction world is using more smart technology every day. But machine owners don't always need full automation features. They just want tools that offer accuracy, work quickly, and are easy to set up. To meet this need, FJD designed the H39 PRO-G Dozer 3D Guidance System, a lightweight solution for jobs that don't require the machine to automate blade control.
The H39 PRO-G keeps the best smart features of expensive systems, like GNSS, IMU, and 3D visualization, but it removes the complex automation components. It can also be easily upgraded to automatic control in the future. For contractors just starting with smart technology or managing many different machines, the H39 PRO-G is a simple and safe way to get better results in projects.
High-Accuracy Positioning with Industry-Grade Reliability
The H39 PRO-G utilizes dual-antenna GNSS and a high-performance IMU to deliver about ±3cm position and attitude accuracy. The system renders a dynamic 3D working view that displays blade inclination, elevation deviation, cut/fill values, and design surface proximity—all in real time. Operators immediately know whether they are on grade, the amount of material to cut or fill, and the direction in which the blade should move. This system runs on an 8-core 2.2 GHz industrial-grade computing platform. The screen operation is clear and fast, even when working in bad conditions like bright sun, dust, or heavy shaking. Every component undergoes rigorous impact, vibration, humidity, and temperature testing to ensure durable performance in climates down to -40°C. Over-the-air (OTA) updates and remote diagnostics further reduce maintenance downtime and support costs.
Efficiency Across 90% Daily Dozer Operations
Built for dozers, the H39 PRO-G boosts efficiency across 90% of typical earthmoving work. Here are some common scenarios:Large Area Grading & Industrial Site Preparation
For factory pads, industrial parks, and large open sites, the H39 PRO-G provides a stable elevation reference and clear blade attitude feedback. Operators can hit the right cut/fill targets with fewer passes, making the ground flatter and reducing expensive re-dos.
Highway & Railway Infrastructure
During embankment shaping, subgrade leveling, or slope trimming, the system puts the design lines, slopes, and direction right on the screen. Operators can easily follow the plan and avoid mistakes that happen when judging by eye.
Mining & Quarry Operations
In mines, it's often hard to find a good reference point. Using its GPS and sensor, the H39 PRO-G keeps the height and direction accurate, even on rough ground. Whether moving topsoil, prepping loading spots, or building haul roads, operators can control blade depth accurately and maintain target slopes, saving fuel and preventing unnecessary digging.
